With several years of experience, we established itsyourplace Ltd with the aim of providing a personalised & local property management service to freehold & leasehold developments in the Hampshire/Surrey area. We operate out of our registered offices in Fleet.

Having been resident Directors of residential property management companies, we recognised then & are more convinced now, that there is a real need for personally tailored & local service itsyourplace Ltd offers. We base this on our first-hand experience & invaluable knowledge on how a management company should operate & serve their clients.

Being local we are very much hands on, with our focus on the services with which the residents are provided, minimising the time commitments required of residents & resident Directors whilst giving you the individual choice of balance & involvement, realising significant improvements in value-for-money in all the developments we serve.

Through our policy of engaging with local contractors, we ensure the accountability & responsibility that you should expect from any contractor. Furthermore we believe that by working with local contractors we are all ultimately investing in & developing our community.

We have a number of developments under our management, providing them all with a greatly improved level & quality of service and cost savings, in some cases these are very significant. All of them would be happy to provide you a reference of working with us.

itsyourplace Ltd is a fully subscribed member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) & is consequentially bound by & subject to the Memorandum & Articles of Association & Bye-Laws thereof.
